At Command & Companion, all of our products are digital PDF ebooks delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products and immediate access to content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, revoked, or “unused,” and therefore we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

• The product cannot be physically returned
• Access to the material cannot be revoked once delivered
